Shipping Policy
🇺🇦 Delivery in Ukraine (Nova Poshta)
- Deposit: You pay a symbolic prepayment of 150 UAH (approx. $4) at checkout to secure your order.
- Try Before You Buy: We send the shoes to your nearest Nova Poshta branch.
- Final Payment: Try them on! If they fit perfectly, you pay the remaining balance and shipping fees directly at the post office. If not, you can simply refuse the package.
🌍 International Delivery
- Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide via Nova Poshta Global or Ukrposhta.
- Payment: For international orders, 100% payment (shoes + shipping) is required before dispatch.
- Shipping Cost: Fixed rate of $20.
- Timeline: Standard delivery takes 10-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country's regulations. Delays caused by customs or weather conditions are out of our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your parcel.
Shipping FAQ
How do I change my delivery address?
Please contact us immediately. We can update the address only before the package is handed over to the courier. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will assist you with cancellation.
