We get a real pleasure when you wear your favorite shoes, especially when these shoes are made by us.

Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Vzuttya Dnipro is sewn to order according to the customer's personal parameters, therefore, it is impossible to replace the model after sewing.

But, if the size of the shoes we made did not suit you, we will re-sew for free and send you a pair of shoes already in the right size.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the result of the order, we will accept it back and refund the money.

How to issue a return?
To process a return, you must submit a request within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused. You will also need a receipt or any proof of purchase.
